Diane Keliher of Keliher Real Estate recently listed and sold the 10 residential condominium units at 195 Beacon St. The building purchased by 195 Beacon Street LLC in September 2005 consisted of eight studios, one one-bedroom and one two-bedroom unit. The building was converted from apartments to condominiums between December 2005 and April 2006. Keliher Real Estate has closed on all units. The properties ranged in price from $290,000 to $750,000 including parking spaces selling for up to $149,000.

In addition, the real estate firm listed and sold four condominiums at 249 Newbury St.

The building was purchased in April 2005 by 249 Newbury Street LLC and completely renovated. Two residential condominiums were sold by Keliher Real Estate's Ralph Aucella and two commercial condominiums were sold by Doug Marr, another broker with the company.
