Douglas J. Marr, senior vice president of the commercial division of Keliher Real Estate Inc., negotiated the recent sale of 201-209 F Street in South Boston.

The building, which is fully occupied by AT&T, was purchased from Admiral Construction Co. by F Street LLC for $1.355 million.
