And in South Boston Douglas Marr, senior V.P. of the commercial division of Keliher R.E. has sold 207-209 F St. for $ 1.355 million.
The building consists of 5,000 s/f on two levels, 15 parking spaces, and is occupied by AT&T. The seller was Admiral Construction Co. and the buyer is F.St. LLC.
