BOSTON, MA - Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate has leased 2,000 s/f retail space at 745 Boylston St. to Cigar Masters of Boston. Cigar Masters is currently located on Newbury St. and is moving to take advantage of a larger space and potential patio expansion. With the new hotel going up in front of the Prudential building, they feel that the Boylston St. location will be the busiest retail traffic area in New England.

Tim Bianchi of Lincoln Property Co., manager of the 745 Boylston St. building, was instrumental in the lease negotiations.
