BOSTON, MA - Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate and Carlo Sgroi of The Dartmouth Co. have sold 253 Newbury St for Modern Continental for $2.65 million.

The five-story brick retail/residential building containing 6,800 s/f will be renovated and continue as an income property.

The buyer, Nice Realty Trust has a number of sites in the Back Bay and feels that the property will be a great asset to its portfolio.
