MALDEN - Douglas J. Marr and Trish Fuller of Keliher Real Estate of Boston have brokered the sale of 380 Pleasant St. Povo Properties of Arlington purchased the property from S.M.C. Management of Boston for $2.62 million. The four-story office building was originally constructed as the Laura A.Leonard School and was renovated in 1985 into an office building. The building contains 27,630 square feet of space.
