BOSTON, MA - Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate and Carlo Sgroi of Dartmouth Co. sold two buildings within 30 days of each other.

253 Newbury St., a five story 6,200 s/f residential/commercial building sold in July for $2.65m and 173 Newbury St., a 6,500 s/f mixed commercial/residential building sold for $3million in mid August.

Marr represented the buyers and Sgroi represented the sellers.
