BOSTON, MA - Douglas Marr, senior vice president of Keliher Real Estate in Boston has recently sold 99 Waltham St. in the South End for $1.1 million. This five-story brick residential building will be developed into three luxury duplex condominiums. The seller was Waltham Trust and the buyer/developer is Turnkey Development.

Keliher Real Estate will be the exclusive office to market the condos for early spring of 2003.
