Douglas Marr, senior vice president of Keliher Real Estate's commercial division, has leased 9,300 square feet of office space in the Back Bay. Of that total, 2,000 square feet was leased at 266 Beacon St to the Law Offices of Bourbeau & Floyd, 2,200 square feet was leased to the Public Health Advocacy Institute at 715 Boylston St. another 2,000 square feet was leased to First Capital Mortgage at 10 Newbury St., 2,000 square feet was leased to Spot Advertising at 45 Newbury St. and 1,100 square feet was leased to Link Residential Services at 118 Newbury St.
