BOSTON, MA - Douglas Marr, senior vice president of Keliher Real Estate commercial division has sold 50 Beacon St. for $4.25 million to Beacon John Realty Trust.

This 19,000 s/f building is vacant and was used as an office building. The new owners will convert to hi-end luxury condos. The property overlooks the Boston Common and is a corner building with an entrance on Spruce St.
