WEST ROXBURY, MA - Douglas Marr, senior vice president, commercial division for Keliher Real Estate and Marc D. Koenig Realty, Inc. have sold Fontaines restaurant for $1.45 million.

The restaurant, which sits on a 31,433 s/f lot, is 6,000 s/f and has a full liquor license. The property has 280 linear feet on Rte. 1 and 60 parking spaces. It is being delivered vacant and the new owners are going to renovate it and re-name it Vintage.

Fontaines restaurant has operated continuously for more than 57 years by the same owner. It is considered a landmark and an institution in West Roxbury.
