BOSTON, MA - Doug Marr and Paul Rinkulis of Keliher Real Estate have sold 76-78 Kemble St., a 55,000 s/f four-story brick and beam warehouse for $1.6 million.

The new owner is considering a possible residential loft concept with indoor parking.

The seller was L.B. Trust and the buyer is the Mayo Group.
