BOSTON, MA - Douglas Marr of Keliher Real Estate and Mike Foley of Boston Realty Works has sold 1920 Washington St. in Boston's South End. This 13,000 s/f brick and beam three-story building sold for $1.3 million.

The seller was Lino Family Trust and the buyer is 1920 Washington Development. The property was delivered vacant and the new owner is going to convert it into SoHo loft-style condos.
