ROXBURY, MA - Douglas Marr and Paul Rinkulis of Keliher Real Estate Inc. have sold a 22,500sf lot at 76-78 Kemble St for $860,000.

The seller was Kemble Associates LLC and the buyer is Mayo Group of Boston. The owner will repave the entire lot and use it for parking.

The mayo Group purchased the 55,000sf building directly across the street and this will accommodate the high need for private parking in this area of New Market.
